Why hiring an agency pays off on the long term

We've heard it many times when clients are not sure why hiring an agency on a retainer is going to win them money on the long term.  Having a monthly fixed cost sometimes does not seem like a smart business decision to them. Let me tell you why they should think about it twice.

Strategic Vision

Hiring an agency for a long term, say 12 months, gives both you and the agency the opportunity to look at your company's direction for the next year. See where you're heading, what's the message you want to put out and structure all your efforts in this direction: be it marketing or sales, or even looking at your growth and expansion strategy. Having a better vision, rather than being visually impaired.

Budgeting & Cash Flow

Setting a fixed monthly cost means you can budget. And you Finance will love you for that. No more unknown costs and project based fees. You are in control of your costs and your cash flow. The Agency will like that too.

Pay a team with the salary of only one expert

You save a lot of money (and I mean A LOT) on not paying for accommodation, transportation, training, holidays, visa runs and what else for your staff. The Agency never takes holiday, they don't need you to pay for their training and they will not require any office rent from you. Instead, you get an enormous return on investment.

Tip

Get the most of out your Agency!

Your agency, contrary to what you may think, will love if you utilise its resources to the outmost. They're there to offer you counsel? Have they thrown in some creatives? Is their copywriter working on your tag lines for the new campaign? Whatever it is, get the agency to do it for you. They'll love it! They'll love being utilised to the fullest. That's what they're there for.
